Line Technician

Responsibilities

• Make controlled adjustments to equipment to optimize line efficiency
• Address equipment problems aggressively to minimize downtime
• Identify and resolve line bottlenecks
• Generate work orders for process improvements and corrective maintenance
• Maintain operational documentation
• Operate equipment according to company standards
• Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor equipment for impending problems or operational improvements
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient plant operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to lift 35 lbs frequently and over 70 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to walk constantly and bend frequently
