Line Supervisor II

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing pharmaceutical finishing operation to meet production requirements while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
• Manage line clearances for lot and list changes and equipment cleaning on multiple value streams.
• Identify, implement, and drive process improvements focused on reducing human error, increasing OEE, and enhancing yield.
• Support setup, changeover, packaging, and equipment troubleshooting on multiple packaging lines.
• Train Line Supervisor candidates as a qualified Subject Matter Expert.
• Communicate improvement opportunities through cross-functional teams and escalate issues to EHS, engineering, and maintenance as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per day and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new programs and applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and influence teams without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of closely related cGMP manufacturing experience.
• Technical certificate or degree.
• Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Technical troubleshooting aptitude and business acumen.
• Demonstrated performance as a Line Supervisor I for a minimum of 1-2 years.
