Line Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance programs.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Manage personnel and ensure compliance with production schedules.
• Perform PLC programming and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Monitor product quality, food safety, and compliance with applicable NOM standards.
• Manage budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field (Title and License required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Experience with PLC programming and reading technical diagrams.
• Intermediate level proficiency in Office/GSuite (spreadsheets, documents, presentations).
• English language proficiency.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability for flexible schedules and travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• T.S.U. in Industrial Maintenance.
• Experience in the plastics sector, specifically with plastic injection or extrusion machinery.
