Line Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance programs
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and quality/safety standards
• Manage personnel and oversee budget implementation
• Review product quality and food safety/hygiene standards (inocuidad)
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and applicable NOM regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field (Title and License required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in PLC programming and reading electrical/hydraulic diagrams
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Intermediate level of Office/GSuite (spreadsheets, documents, presentations)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• T.S.U. in Industrial Maintenance
• Experience in the plastics sector (injection molding or extrusion machinery)
• English language proficiency
