Line Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform component preparation and replacement tasks on equipment following technical instructions and established quality standards
• Inform supervisors regarding any equipment malfunctions or operational problems
• Ensure product and work quality targets for the workstation are met
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspections and maintenance tasks according to standard procedures
• Execute other tasks related to the line operator role as required

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred (experience in an electronics company is an advantage)
• Ability to work in a 3-shift rotation (morning, day, and night shifts) including weekends based on a sliding schedule
• Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written)
• A responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented approach to work
