Line Operator

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery at the start of the shift and report anomalies to the supervisor
• Adjust machinery and ensure constant material flow on the production line
• Monitor machine operation and ensure correct control panel configurations
• Ensure product quality meets defined standards
• Perform equipment maintenance and workspace cleaning
• Create work orders in the CMMS (GMAO)
• Write performance indicator reports
• Work safely in compliance with health and safety (SST) policies

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a production operator
• At least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency with computer tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of metals
