About the role
Responsibilities
- Inspect machinery at the start of the shift and report anomalies to the supervisor
- Adjust machinery and ensure constant material flow on the production line
- Monitor machine operation and ensure correct control panel configurations
- Ensure product quality meets defined standards
- Perform equipment maintenance and workspace cleaning
- Create work orders in the CMMS (GMAO)
- Write performance indicator reports
- Work safely in compliance with health and safety (SST) policies
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a production operator
- At least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift certification
- Knowledge of metals
