Line Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage total production line operations on a 24/7 basis
• Maximize production performance within safety, quality, and cost parameters
• Serve as a customer liaison to ensure quality requirements are met
• Analyze production data to identify productivity and quality opportunities
• Drive key performance goals for production lines
• Collaborate with various departments on short and long term projects

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience supervising people and processes in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of Flow Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Kaizen
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel for data analysis
• Ability to support 24/7 operations
• Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the glass container industry
• Experience with production planning and scheduling software
