Responsibilities

• Motivate a team to meet production targets
• Ensure final product meets client specifications
• Maximise production efficiency to meet hourly and daily plans
• Use the integrated management system (Vision)
• Adhere to health, safety, and quality regulations
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork and systems
• Ensure compliance with internal and external hygienic audits
• Maintain GMP and housekeeping standards
• Liaise with agency controllers regarding agency workers
• Assist in training and development of new starters
• Monitor, control, and minimise waste
• Participate in continuous improvement and appraisal systems

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or FMCG environments
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills
• Clear and positive communication skills
• Ability to meet standards for internal and external audits
