Line Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and follow up daily operation of production lines
• Ensure efficient production with high quality and food safety focus
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and production procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of processes
• Plan and allocate work tasks for smooth production flow
• Follow up on deviations and implement corrective actions
• Contribute to stable operations and production capacity utilization

Requirements

• Experience in production, preferably seafood or food processing
• Previous experience as a line leader
• Structured, reliable, and responsible personality
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and prioritize under pressure
• Keen eye for quality and detail
• Solution-oriented with strong teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Norwegian and/or English
