Line Leader

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Achieve line KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and sustainability
• Oversee machinery performance using HPS tools, including Preventive Maintenance (TBM) and Autonomous Maintenance (CILT)
• Lead team development through daily meetings, Gemba Walks, assessments, and feedback sessions
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and profitability
• Supervise legal and regulatory compliance for the assigned production line and shift
• Maintain visual management boards to ensure effective flow of operational information

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Leader, Production Supervisor, or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment
• University degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Basic proficiency in English
