Line Leader

Responsibilities

• Accountable for achieving key operational goals related to Safety, Quality, and Delivery of the production line
• Mentor and develop line associates to enhance capabilities and support an Equipment Owner mentality
• Conduct daily Tier 1 production meetings to ensure alignment of the Line Centric Organization (LCO) team
• Analyze production losses and establish line priorities in alignment with manufacturing unit goals
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner
• Oversee daily CILT (Pit Stops) and update daily targets on the Primary Visual Display (PVD)
• Spend approximately 65% of time on the production floor overseeing active line activities
• Support the creation of new work instructions, standards, and centerlines to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• BA/BS degree (or MA/MS with 1 year of experience)
• 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Experience working in a highly automated manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and 5S methodologies
• Experience leading or participating in Tier meetings
