Line Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, operation, and direction of line personnel in assembly and packaging operations
• Direct assigned employees (typically 2 to 10 people) to ensure efficient and accurate production
• Inspect and document in-process and finished products to maintain quality standards
• Monitor, document, and verify product counts and material usage
• Operate assembly and packaging equipment, computer terminals, and other departmental machinery
• Follow production schedules and product specifications to maintain quality and quantity standards
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 12+ months of general manufacturing experience
• At least 1 month of experience with Quickie
• Ability to lift and/or move 25-50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and bend for extended periods
