About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast items including eggs, meats, pancakes, and waffles according to recipes
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchen and prep areas before and after shifts
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen team members to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Previous breakfast or short-order cooking experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and mobility required for a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check
