Responsibilities
- Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
- Comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies
- Stock and maintain sufficient food levels at line stations for smooth service
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including grills, fryers, and refrigeration equipment
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
- Assist with food prep during off-peak periods
- Execute kitchen closing checklists and assist others with closing duties
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
Requirements
- Experience in kitchen preparation and/or cooking
- Passion for food and guest dining experiences
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers and team members
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20+ pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours)
