Line Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items following specific recipes, plating guidelines, and craftsmanship standards
• Ensure the quality, food safety, sanitation, and timeliness of all dishes served
• Utilize kitchen equipment including knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and working area in accordance with Health Department standards
• Handle all products properly following Snooze guidelines and safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant industry experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (6 months of high-volume experience preferred)
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and stooping
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be at least 17 years of age and authorized to work in the US
• Must obtain all county-required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment
