Line Cook

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the assigned area of responsibility
• Prepare food according to specific recipes and standards for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets
• Ensure all food items are properly handled, stored, and rotated to maintain inventory quality
• Maintain clean, organized, and orderly storage areas and product pars
• Collaborate with management to create specials and menu variations
• Perform other culinary duties as assigned to support the kitchen team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar cook role is required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, health, and safety guidelines
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Flexibility to work various shifts and hours
