About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes, quality standards, and portion guidelines
  • Support buffet and à la carte service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Execute daily prep work including chopping, portioning, and storing ingredients
  • Assist with catering functions, special events, and other assigned kitchen duties

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Understanding of basic kitchen equipment and food safety protocols
  • ServSafe Certification or the ability to obtain it upon hire
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Commitment to maintaining uniform, hygiene, and PPE standards
