About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations to provide guests with high-quality food and enjoyable dining experiences
- Maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and taste in all prepared dishes
- Manage inventory and monitor kitchen workflows efficiently
- Uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate respectfully with team members to foster a positive and cohesive kitchen environment
Requirements
- Proficiency in the German language
- A hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Reliability and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not required
