About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest quality of culinary services for guests
  • Prepare food quickly, safely, and efficiently according to standards
  • Follow portion control procedures to minimize waste
  • Utilize technology to recognize and complete food ticket orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and storage
  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and labeling
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow
  • Assist with dishwashing and food prep duties as needed
  • Execute opening and closing procedures
  • Manage trash removal and compactor operation

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cook in a high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
