Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen
- Work collaboratively with fellow cooks and kitchen staff
- Assist with food prep, plating, and maintaining inventory
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
