Line Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow Magnolia recipes and maintain restaurant and visual standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and according to best practices
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and food safety compliance
• Ensure stations are stocked and assist in food preparation
• Communicate with management regarding product quality and equipment issues
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service

Requirements

• Food Handler's license required upon hire
• Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, and special events
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds (occasionally up to 120 pounds with team lifting)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with varying temperatures

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0-1 years of related work experience
