About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals and maintain high standards for merchant partners and brands
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen area and manage storage for multiple culinary concepts
- Collect, clean, and distribute cookware throughout shifts
- Receive and organize inventory using FIFO methods
- Support cooks and kitchen managers with daily food prep and projects
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements
- Sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of shifts
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a dishwasher, prep cook, or line cook in high-volume environments
- Experience with FIFO inventory management
- Experience preparing food from scratch and basic knife skills
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it
- Ability to work well under pressure with speed and accuracy
