Responsibilities

• Execute Roman-style pizzas with precision, honoring the dough, process, and ingredients
• Support prep, fermentation, and service workflows built for consistency and speed
• Own your station from setup through service and breakdown
• Communicate clearly to keep service smooth, efficient, and positive
• Maintain a clean, organized, and dialed-in workspace
• Step in to help teammates without hesitation

Requirements

• Ability to stay calm, focused, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable, humble, and eager to improve
• Strong team-player mindset
• Experience preferred, but training is provided for the right mindset
