About the role
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
- Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
- Perform butchery tasks 2 days per week, including cleaning meat and portioning
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist with training new team members as required
Requirements
- Previous culinary experience
- Strong knife skills
- Butchery experience is an asset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills
