About the role

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
  • Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
  • Perform butchery tasks 2 days per week, including cleaning meat and portioning
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with training new team members as required

Requirements

  • Previous culinary experience
  • Strong knife skills
  • Butchery experience is an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule
  • Excellent work ethic and communication skills
