Responsibilities

• Participate in all steps of food preparation
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Ensure food quality by upholding company recipes and presentation standards
• Support kitchen equipment cleaning and maintenance utilizing daily checklists
• Wash dishes as needed
• Participate in special events, including off-site catering
• Foster passion, engagement, and a positive team culture
• Receive and apply feedback effectively
• Build strong interpersonal connections with team members

Requirements

• Restaurant kitchen experience
• Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations
• Availability for nights and weekends
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift)
