About the role
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently cook hot food products
- Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- Perform plating and garnishing of cooked items
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Manage station set up and pars to assist in ordering
- Identify product quality and freshness
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills with English proficiency
- High school or equivalent education
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Possession of proper culinary tools (knives, microplanes, etc.)
- Must pass a background check
