Line Attendant

Responsibilities

• Produce quality food products through ingredient mixing, assembly, and packaging
• Unpack raw materials and ensure all products meet company and government quality standards
• Inspect products, reject or repair items as necessary, and record waste amounts
• Maintain a steady product flow along conveyors and manage labeling processes
• Clean and organize work areas to maintain sanitary conditions
• Perform all duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Assist with the training of new line attendants to ensure production standards are met

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions continuously
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Knowledge of sanitary conditions and GMP
• Ability to comprehend simple instructions and product labeling

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-1 years of related experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment
