About the role
Responsibilities
- Assemble lighting products in accordance with company standards and specifications
- Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products before packaging
- Utilize power drills and other hand tools to assemble components
- Report any defects or issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow safety guidelines
- Load and unload trucks with products and materials for deliveries
- Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely product dispatch
- Assist with inventory management by counting and organizing incoming materials
- Perform routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials up to 50 pounds or more
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, power drills, and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role
