About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) of products to ensure they meet customer and company expectations.
- Act as an ambassador for the unit, communicating with internal stakeholders to plan and execute manufacturing and production activities.
- Manage AIT resources by reviewing requests from program management, product development, and production line management.
- Prepare detailed schedules to track daily progress and conduct regular assessments of costs and estimates to completion.
- Identify key issues and opportunities for improvement within the unit and suggest technical solutions.
- Ensure production line specifications are met during design kick-off meetings to maintain compatibility with existing equipment.
- Support the continuous improvement of high-volume integration lines and oversee the commissioning of new equipment.
- Develop maintenance and qualification plans for the satellite range.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- 7 years of experience in program/project management or project engineering in a related technical field.
- 7 years of experience in assembly, integration, or testing.
- Experience in risk management, contract management, subcontract management, and finance.
- Knowledge of US ITAR regulations.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level.
- Ability to pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
