About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer sample registration and control within the LIMS system
- Control sample flow through all analytical stages to ensure traceability and deadline compliance
- Verify analytical information before result issuance
- Issue analytical reports and make results available according to internal procedures and contractual requirements
- Control execution deadlines (Hold Time) and sample preservation
- Provide technical support to laboratories regarding LIMS usage
- Support internal, external, and client audits by providing records and traceability evidence
- Develop and monitor indicators related to laboratory information management
- Identify and treat registration inconsistencies and deviations in electronic information management
- Participate in continuous improvement actions related to LIMS and laboratory processes
Requirements
- Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
- Ability to manage analytical data integrity and traceability
