About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve beverages, coffees, and refreshments with elegance and speed
- Set up, dress, and restock the daily oyster bar
- Open shellfish with dexterity to compose seafood platters
- Manage customer payments and billing with accuracy
- Monitor seafood freshness and adhere to hygiene standards
- Advise customers on beverage offerings and oyster provenance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender (limonadier)
- Skill in opening shellfish (ecailler)
- Ability to carry heavy trays with balance
- High efficiency during peak service hours
- Excellent memory for orders and numerical accuracy
- Fluency in English for international clientele
- Calm demeanor and positive attitude
