About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve beverages, coffees, and refreshments with elegance and speed
  • Set up, dress, and restock the daily oyster bar
  • Open shellfish with dexterity to compose seafood platters
  • Manage customer payments and billing with accuracy
  • Monitor seafood freshness and adhere to hygiene standards
  • Advise customers on beverage offerings and oyster provenance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bartender (limonadier)
  • Skill in opening shellfish (ecailler)
  • Ability to carry heavy trays with balance
  • High efficiency during peak service hours
  • Excellent memory for orders and numerical accuracy
  • Fluency in English for international clientele
  • Calm demeanor and positive attitude
