Responsibilities

• Manage the production process at the glue machine
• Set up and operate the machine for folding and gluing cardboard packaging
• Ensure efficient production flow and high quality
• Work closely with packers, taking overall responsibility for machine settings and final results
• Handle documentation and ongoing quality controls

Requirements

• Experience as a glue machine operator
• Proficiency in setting up and operating glue machines
• Understanding of production flows and quality assurance
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility throughout the process
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the packaging industry (cardboard)
• Technical understanding and interest in modern production machinery
• Experience working in production teams
