Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day depot operations to ensure operational excellence and compliance with safety requirements.
• Handle customer service activities, including processing orders, preparing quotations, and managing invoicing.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and distribution routes in collaboration with drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and control cylinder inventory and depot stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote gas-related equipment, tools, and accessories to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and solution-oriented support.

Requirements

• High School degree.
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ERP systems.
