About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress
- Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming
- Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions
- Assist with grassroots marketing and community events
- Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans
- Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season
- Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role
Requirements
- No prior coaching experience required
- Availability to work weekends
- Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage children's behaviors
- Team player mentality
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and FUN!
