Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, providing easy access to high-quality, all-season soccer centers. We are a growing startup developing state-of-the-art modern sport complexes with a focus on integrity, professionalism, and a passion for the game.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role

Requirements

• No prior coaching experience required (training provided)
• Availability to work weekends
• Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage children's behaviors
• Team player mentality
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and fun personality
