LIHTC Onsite Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs for the community
• Build and maintain professional relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members
• Process applications, conduct credit checks, and collect rent payments
• Address and resolve property-related emergencies and tenant issues
• Manage building occupancy, maintenance, and unit inspections
• Produce and distribute timely notices for non-payment of rent in compliance with regulations
• Review expenses and assist in the preparation of annual budget requirements
• Walk the property and inspect ready units to ensure quality and cleanliness

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of property management experience
• Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software
