About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs
  • Build relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members
  • Process all LIHTC certifications and recertifications
  • Oversee property capital projects such as roof replacements
  • Communicate professionally with tenants regarding property issues
  • Address and resolve emergencies
  • Meet company standards for closing ratios and sales calls
  • Process applications and conduct credit checks
  • Manage building occupancy and maintenance
  • Collect and process rent payments
  • Produce and distribute notices for non-payment of rent
  • Review expenses and assist in annual budget preparation
  • Conduct move-out inspections and complete deposit statements
  • Walk property and ready units to ensure quality and cleanliness

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules
  • Minimum of three years of property management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Skilled in time management and task prioritization
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Real Page
  • Ability to speak Spanish
