Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of automotive lighting systems in accordance with established procedures
• Assist in the development of test plans and methodologies
• Document test results and report any defects or issues
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve identified issues
• Support the continuous improvement of testing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Basic knowledge of lighting systems and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with tools and software used for testing and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
