Lighting Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage high-complexity lighting projects by overseeing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring correct billing
• Own customer relationships and maintain clear, timely communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with sales teams and vendors regarding pricing, order placement, claims, and returned goods
• Review Purchase Orders to ensure all requirements and terms and conditions are met
• Expedite backorders and resolve OS&D (over, short, and damaged) issues to maximize customer satisfaction
• Identify vendor and product substitution opportunities to improve project profitability
• Manage delivery schedules, product quality, and documentation requirements such as O&M manuals and submittal packages
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and proposals

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in quotation, project management, or customer service
• High School diploma or GED required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a demanding, time-sensitive environment

• Experience within the electrical distribution industry
