About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the lighting department in achieving sales and operational targets
- Monitor stock levels, prepare order requests, and coordinate approvals
- Verify invoices and update ERP systems for accuracy in codes, pricing, and timing
- Follow up on production and assembly schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, accounting, and sales teams
- Track client orders and provide updates to the Lighting Sales Manager
- Oversee the CRM system to monitor and resolve customer service tickets
- Issue weekly reports on order status, fulfillment, and department performance
- Support the sales team in managing client needs and project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related technical field
- 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
