About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the lighting department in achieving sales and operational targets
  • Monitor stock levels, prepare order requests, and coordinate approvals
  • Verify invoices and update ERP systems for accuracy in codes, pricing, and timing
  • Follow up on production and assembly schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, accounting, and sales teams
  • Track client orders and provide updates to the Lighting Sales Manager
  • Oversee the CRM system to monitor and resolve customer service tickets
  • Issue weekly reports on order status, fulfillment, and department performance
  • Support the sales team in managing client needs and project delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related technical field
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
