Lighting Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform load-in, set up, and break-down of band and event equipment
• Execute spotlight operations and lighting control board programming
• Manage lighting adjustments to meet specific artist or event requirements
• Maintain and repair lighting equipment to ensure safe and consistent operation
• Assist with technical advances with artist representatives
• Distribute or create lighting plot plans and oversee lighting systems throughout events
• Support audio and production crews with equipment, cables, and general technical needs

Requirements

• 3 years of minimum Tour or Stage Production experience
• Proven experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Ability to work in environments with loud noise levels and extreme lighting changes

Preferred Qualifications

• College Degree
• High School Diploma
