Lighting/Electrical Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform energy-efficient lighting upgrades for federal, municipal, and educational partners nationwide
• Execute electrical and lighting installations following project specifications
• Participate in hands-on job training to master technical skills
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment during the 2nd shift schedule (Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM)

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in construction or electrical work
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
• Access to a reliable vehicle for daily commuting
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and MVR check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous participation in an apprenticeship program
• Motivation to cross-train in other divisions such as plumbing, metering, building envelope, or solar
