Lifting & NDT Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough periodic inspections of lifting equipment and accessories
• Confirm inspection dates to clients for adequate preparation
• Ensure all necessary instructions and documents are available for inspections
• Apply inspections as specified in order sheets and maintain professional representation on client premises
• Ensure all measuring and test equipment is properly calibrated
• Perform or witness tests and analysis where applicable
• Accurately complete and deliver inspection reports on time
• Coordinate with back-office teams to resolve discrepancies and report site developments
• Participate in the issuance of final reports and certificates to clients
• Provide professional responses to customer complaints
• Implement internal quality requirements for the company’s QMS
• Train and share expertise with Junior Inspectors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 10+ years of experience as a Lifting Inspector
• Extensive knowledge in Lifting and generic knowledge in Industries & Environment inspections
• Minimum of 4 LEEA Certificates
• NDT level II (VT, PT, UT, MT)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication and time management skills
