Lift Truck Operator

Responsibilities

• Move product within warehouse and manufacturing areas using appropriate lift truck equipment
• Ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and movement of products
• Perform daily inspections of lift trucks and dock doors
• Promptly report all equipment safety malfunctions
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Assist with flexible working hours, including overtime and shift coverage as needed

Requirements

• 1 year of lift truck experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to read and understand production orders, shipping documents, and safety guidelines
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, peripheral vision, and spatial awareness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating pole hyster, stand/sit reach trucks, and forklifts
• Prior experience using handheld RF scanners while operating lift trucks
