Lift Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of lifts and related equipment
• Maintain maintenance records and update procedures
• Assist in lift operations including operating ski lifts and lift controls
• Run lift on auxiliary or evacuation diesels
• Manage maintenance tools and equipment
• Perform daily preventative maintenance inspections
• Develop working knowledge of CPTSB and ANSI codes pertaining to ski lifts

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid, current, unrestricted driver’s license
• Ability to communicate and follow directions in English
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in wet, cold, or hot conditions and on uneven surfaces

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous mechanical experience
