Lifestyle Associate Producer

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and unique daily segments that connect the community to local businesses, organizations, and events
• Interact daily with advertising agencies and clients to ensure they feel supported during live broadcasts
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer, hosts, and sales teams to develop informative and entertaining content
• Write, shoot, and edit stories for both broadcast and digital platforms
• Manage client communications, booking coordination, and the creation of sales presentations
• Maintain a strong digital presence by writing and posting daily content for web and social media
• Utilize audience data and analytics to inform content decisions and enhance viewer connection
• Incorporate creative elements such as graphics and remote interviews to elevate storytelling

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in production or a related field preferred
• Strong decision-making and independent problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with rundown software (ENPS experience is a plus)
• Solution-oriented mindset focused on client results and retention
