Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with courtesy and efficiency following Belmond standards
• Anticipate guest needs by offering attentive and proactive service
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized workstation
• Ensure all pool area furniture is arranged neatly and kept clean
• Actively collaborate with colleagues from other departments to provide support

Requirements

• Clear and appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage emotions and maintain positive relationships
• Effective collaboration and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to provide excellent service and act with a sense of urgency
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving pool furniture
