About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with courtesy and efficiency following Belmond standards
- Anticipate guest needs by offering attentive and proactive service
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized workstation
- Ensure all pool area furniture is arranged neatly and kept clean
- Actively collaborate with colleagues from other departments to provide support
