Lifeguard

Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pool activities to ensure the safety of all residents and guests
• Respond immediately to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when required
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations strictly at all times
• Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities and safety equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and surrounding areas
• Ensure rescue and lifesaving equipment is in proper working condition
• Assist residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Report maintenance issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain daily logs and incident reports as required

Requirements

• Valid Lifeguard certification
• Mandatory CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong swimming and rescue skills
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Flexibility with working hours and shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a residential, hospitality, or leisure environment
