Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of pool users through vigilant supervision
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors of all ages and abilities
• Work collaboratively with the wider leisure team
• Follow instructions from managers and maintain facility standards

Requirements

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent (training can be provided for suitable candidates)
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• Team orientated approach
• Ability to work flexibly
• Passion and energy for the leisure industry
