Responsibilities

• Ensure the best levels of service are achieved for customers
• Maintain friendly, clean, and safe facilities
• Engage with customers and colleagues to create a welcoming environment
• Monitor pool areas to ensure swimmer safety

Requirements

• NPLQ qualification (training can be provided)
• Ability to swim competently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented approach
• Ability to work flexibly on a rota basis
• Passion for the leisure industry
